Central NY based Peoplesystems, NEC managed many functions using common database tools and applications such as Microsoft Access and Excel. As the business grew they found processing times for common tasks taking from 3 to 10 minutes per task, a solution was needed.
Choosing Microsoft technologies, and utilizing various tools will allow Friends of the Central Library to provide better value and marketing to their audience and potential customers.
